Education for Every Citizen of Every Age

Education is the single most important right that we have in our nation. Our country will succeed into the future only upon the quality and character of our educational programs.

Traditionally education has been a public endeavor only through high school. After that point private education has been the American option, and usually only for the young in age and the young in spirit.

America can only continue to be the greatest and most influential nation in the world if we continue to have the best educational programs possible, and if we make them available to the entirety of our citizenry.

Just as the national interstate highway system was an essential national program to make commerce available throughout the land, a national education inducement program is essential to the technical, economic and social future of America.

I propose that we initiate immediately a National Educational Outreach and Inducement Program directed toward the needs and capabilities of citizens of all ages. The program must include national tax relief for education and all essential support activities for all citizens, of every age and every background.

We must make it possible for all people to lift themselves to a higher plane of capability through education and make that process available and affordable to all.

The National Educational Outreach and Inducement Program will be a focal point of my representation of the people of West Virginia and the entire nation.
